Q Do I need to add my patients one by one?
No. You can upload a standard CSV file with as many patients as you want, making it easier to bring your patient list into PractCom without entering each patient manually.
Q How can I prove that a patient received post-treatment instructions?
PractCom helps you maintain a clearer delivery record. You can export a CSV for a selected date range to review which instructions or documents were delivered to patients in your practice.
Q Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. PractCom does not require long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime.
Q Will my settings carry over after the trial?
Yes. Your customized templates, starred procedures, preferred settings, patient records, and delivery logs remain available if you continue after the trial.

Q Can I export or remove my data?
You can export CSVs of delivery logs and related records. For help with data management, account changes, or removal requests, contact PractCom support.
